Another reason to drink 100% fruit juice...

From some of my peoples:

One more reason to drink 100% juice , http://news. yahoo. com/s/ap/20090313/ap_on_re_us/windshield_fluid_sickness . Windshield wiper fluid is mistaken for Kool-Aid. Children should not be fed any type of juice that is made with sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and artificial dyes. People have become so used to feeding kids juices with artificial dyes they really have no idea what the hell juice looks like. The Standard American Diet (SAD) makes it so people dont even think anymore and feed children anything.

Oh, this story really sadden me! :( I work with young children (toddlers/preschoolers) so when I read this I was completely shocked. I do not EVER give children Kool-Aid. It is always 100% fruit juice or water. The children I work with in general are not milk drinkers so that is not given either besides in their cereals. I still can't understand for the life of me WHY, WHY she had the Windshield Washer fluid in the house?!?!? It is always stored in the trunk of the car or really high up in our garage to where even I (at 5'4") have to climb a ladder to get it down or ask my husband. Luckily it sounds as if all of the babies will be fine. It was just a very, very good thing that they did not like the taste of that stuff.

That thick syrupy mountain dew (pre-carbonation) looks just like anti-freeze! I don't know how people can drink that ish! lol

I know. That cooler was never in our house. Even when we didn't have a garage that stuff was like under the back porch.

And Idara (man its good to see all my peeps again) you are SO right. Mountain dew? I mean..what FLAVOR was it trying to emulate anyway?
